SleepOriginal is a trading name, not a separate company. There is no limited company, no shareholders and no separate legal personality behind it. The business is operated by one person as a sole proprietor, and that person is personally responsible for it.

The auto-entrepreneur regime is Morocco's registration for individuals trading on their own account. It is a real registration with a real register number, which you are welcome to quote in any correspondence with us.

This is the address of the registered business, and it is where any formal or legal notice should be sent. It is not a returns address and not a place to send anything else: we sell digital products only, nothing is shipped to you, and there is nothing to ship back. Please do not send goods here.
Tax status
The auto-entrepreneur regime sits outside the scope of Moroccan TVA, so no VAT is charged on anything sold here, and none is recoverable by you or your business. Prices shown on the site are the prices you pay; there is no tax added at checkout.
Every invoice we issue states this on its face, so an accountant does not have to take our word for it. You can print or save your own invoices at any time from your orders — there is no need to ask us for one.

We do not publish a telephone number. Email is the channel we actually monitor, and a number nobody answers is worse than no number at all. If you need a written record of a conversation with us — for a complaint, a chargeback, or a regulator — email gives you one automatically.

Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your card or bank statement will show a descriptor from the payment provider naming this business; if a charge on your statement is not one you recognise, email us before opening a dispute and we will identify it for you.
